Lior Elazary, CEO of inVia Robotics, is an expert in warehouse automation. He is among the experts participating in a roundtable discussion.

Lior Elazary is co-founder and CEO of inVia Robotics, leading the company’s mission to transform warehouse operations through robotics and AI-powered software. He shapes product vision, strategy, and partnerships, driving inVia’s Warehouse Intelligence platform to help e-commerce and manufacturing companies optimize labor, boost throughput, and streamline fulfillment.

Before founding inVia in 2015, Elazary built and scaled multiple technology companies, including EdgeCast and HostPro, both of which were acquired. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from USC with a focus on AI, and his robotics research there inspired the creation of inVia.

Rob Wright is VP of automation, engineering, and accelerated digitalization at DHL Supply Chain North America's Operations Excellence group. He and other experts will participate in a roundtable discussion.

Rob Wright is vice president of automation, engineering, and accelerated digitalization in DHL Supply Chain’s North America Operations Excellence (OE) group. Wright and the OE group are responsible for supporting DHL’s operations and solution design teams on complex conveyor, sorter, shuttle, and robotics automation.

The OE experts evaluate new automation technologies and assist DHL’s partners and customers with implementation. They also support existing sites on automation maintenance.

The OE Automation team was put in place by DHL North America in 2022. Wright joined DHL to build and lead this team over the past three years. He has 25 years of experience in complex logistics automation projects for retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing including at Victoria’s Secret, Bath and Body Works, Express, Eaton, and General Electric.

Rob holds a Master of Science degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Project Management Professional certification.
